THE CITY OF HOLLYWOOD BUILDING DEPT. WILL BE CONDUCTING THEIR INSPECTION OF THE NEW FIRE SYSTEM ON: STARTING ON TUESDAY, MAY 10, 2022 THROUGH APPROX. THURSDAY, MAY 12, 2022 DURING THE HOURS OF 8AM TO 5PM APPROX. THE INSPECTOR AND CONTRACTOR WILL NEED ACCESS TO INSPECT EVERY BEDROOM IN EVERY APARTMENT. THE BOARD WILL USE THE SPARE KEYS HELD BY THE ASSOCIATION TO GRANT ACCESS TO THE APTS. A BOARD MEMBER WILL ACCOMPANY THE INSPECTOR. THANK YOU, BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Dear unit owners, Please pass by the front desk to pick up your AC closet key. The keys will be distributed at no cost to the unit owners. As you may know, the association stopped replacing the AC filters. You will need the key to access the closet and replace the filter. As a friendly reminder, all AC closets must be kept clean and may not be used as storage, as per the Fire Dept. codes.
